I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and Certified Meditation Teacher

The Emotion Release Technique

The world would be a dull place without emotions. However, emotions that have been suppressed can create imbalances in the body. These imbalances can show up as pain in the body, they can keep us stuck and prevent us from living an authentic, empowered life. They can make us react to situations rather than respond, prompting our minds to create stories, loops, and worst-case scenarios based on the emotional events we have experienced throughout our life.

Using the emotion release technique, known as the Emotion Code®, we can discover those emotions creating imbalance and release them. Releasing them allows a more positive response and opens our minds to create the life we have always wanted.
